The Feeling When You Finish
Beat The Small Voice
It Works has pushed me to beat myself at the gym. Because i want to see the results, and because i want to look better than i have ever looked. whenever my mind tells me i cant do it i scream back it saying YES I CAN! its crazy when im in the gym or doing a hard core work out how many times i have that little voice inside my head telling me i cant do it or i will fail...and all of a sudden now im telling it no, im not listening to it. to be quite honest the it works program has given me that extra confidence i need to overcome my fear of myself. its not just the products but what the company is. they want you to achieve...they don't care about the money...the care about your health, your happiness, and the result you want. the company has different standards than any other company out there and they show you that with each individual that has invested in their company. they show that they care about you as a person and not dollar signs so it keeps you motivated. it was so rewarding to tell everyone at a distributor meeting that i lost 4inches with my third wrap and how everyone congratulated me and was happy for me! its been a real treat to share my results with others and motivate others to do the same. its something exciting and very enjoyable for me and i love it! one of my biggest advice to give though if you want the best results is to eat clean and be active. Losing weight and getting that dream body of yours all stats in the kitchen. Be aware of what you eat. you will be so surprised of all the bad things we all put into our bodies.
As for me i just love a good work out and pushing my limits. i am completely grateful for my brother training and pushing me each work out. i love the new things im learning with him and i love being able to accomplish his tiring work outs and feeling like im invincible! everything is just exciting for me...and seeing myself in the mirror everyday just makes me more happy and excited for the next work out!
if anything make your life a healthier life...although its tough in the beginning it'll be all worth it in the end!

some fresh air:)
went on what seemed to be a 10mile hike...5miles up n 5miles back wit my number one man my dog loki. hahaa. it was a nice refreshing way to work out physically but also mentally. it gave me some time to think about myself and where i want to go in life. it was such a beautiful afternoon to go and just breath in some fresh air in the mountains. loved the sites and spending time with my boxer/rhodesian mix. great news im sore from yesterday core work out at the gym and i love it. gona keep strong with cardio and try to lose the weight before i build my muscle like i use to. but its time to wrap and drink lots of water and hopefully ill see more results.

taking the steps to healthy living
so last week i started to do that crazy wrap thing. at first i didnt believe it and thought it was all too good to be true, but its been helping me in some places that i lack. for example: my water intake. i use to dread water. drinking it during my meals, constantly, making sure i get my 8 cups of water each day. i even got an app to help me keep track and alarm me when i needed to drink more water. but that didnt last very long. it wasnt until i started the wraps when i was determined to see results so i started to drink more water. now i cant go a day without drinking at least 5 16.9oz waterbottles. if i dont drink enough i feel super bloated the next morning. lol and if i drink at least my 5 or exceed that limit...not only do i use the restroom every 10minutes lol...but i feel energized through out my day and ready to go the next day. its amazing how my body feels inside and outside when i get enough water. especially my skin which seems to clear from thouse ugly zits! hahaa.
one thing i want to do different with this change to a healthier, fitter, leaner, and all together better lifestyle is to keep it going no matter what. i find myself all the time to make that change and i do so well for a month and then act like i don't have time to take care of myself when i get "BUSY" with life. soon i will be too "BUSY" with life it'll be too late for me to try and make that change. so today i will make that change and make it my goal to keep the change! the time is now to be fit, lean, strong, and happier with who i am!
