some fresh air:)
went on what seemed to be a 10mile hike...5miles up n 5miles back wit my number one man my dog loki. hahaa. it was a nice refreshing way to work out physically but also mentally. it gave me some time to think about myself and where i want to go in life. it was such a beautiful afternoon to go and just breath in some fresh air in the mountains. loved the sites and spending time with my boxer/rhodesian mix. great news im sore from yesterday core work out at the gym and i love it. gona keep strong with cardio and try to lose the weight before i build my muscle like i use to. but its time to wrap and drink lots of water and hopefully ill see more results.

taking the steps to healthy living
so last week i started to do that crazy wrap thing. at first i didnt believe it and thought it was all too good to be true, but its been helping me in some places that i lack. for example: my water intake. i use to dread water. drinking it during my meals, constantly, making sure i get my 8 cups of water each day. i even got an app to help me keep track and alarm me when i needed to drink more water. but that didnt last very long. it wasnt until i started the wraps when i was determined to see results so i started to drink more water. now i cant go a day without drinking at least 5 16.9oz waterbottles. if i dont drink enough i feel super bloated the next morning. lol and if i drink at least my 5 or exceed that limit...not only do i use the restroom every 10minutes lol...but i feel energized through out my day and ready to go the next day. its amazing how my body feels inside and outside when i get enough water. especially my skin which seems to clear from thouse ugly zits! hahaa.
one thing i want to do different with this change to a healthier, fitter, leaner, and all together better lifestyle is to keep it going no matter what. i find myself all the time to make that change and i do so well for a month and then act like i don't have time to take care of myself when i get "BUSY" with life. soon i will be too "BUSY" with life it'll be too late for me to try and make that change. so today i will make that change and make it my goal to keep the change! the time is now to be fit, lean, strong, and happier with who i am!
